Last updated: September 26, 2026 1. Who we are This store is operated by PupVital, a French sole proprietorship ("PupVital", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to the terms below. 2. What we sell PupVital sells nutritional supplements for dogs. Our products are formulated for dogs. They are not for human consumption. Keep them out of reach of children and pets. 3. Ordering and prices Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time without notice. The price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order. We may limit quantities per customer, per household or per order. We may refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund it in full. Product images are representative. Labels, formulations and packaging may be updated; the label on the tub you receive is the authoritative one. Typographical errors happen. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour the error. 4. Payment Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number. By placing an order you confirm that the payment method is yours and that the information you've given us is accurate and complete. 5. One-time purchases and subscriptions Every order is a one-time purchase at the price shown, unless you choose a subscription option at checkout. If you choose a subscription, its price, billing frequency and cancellation method are shown before you pay. You authorise us to charge your payment method at that frequency until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing contact@pup-vital.com; the cancellation takes effect before your next charge. 6. Shipping and refunds Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including our 90-day promise. Both are part of these terms. 7. Your account and your conduct If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what happens under it. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to access it in ways we haven't provided for, not to scrape or copy it systematically, and not to submit viruses or malicious code. 8. Reviews, comments and anything else you send us If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish it in connection with our business. We may edit for length or clarity, and we may decline to publish. You agree that what you send us is yours to send, is truthful, and doesn't infringe anyone's rights. 9. Our content Everything on this site (text, photographs, illustrations, logos, layout) belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission. "PupVital" and our logo are our trade marks. 10. Third-party links and services The site uses third-party services (payments, shipping, analytics, advertising) and may link to third-party sites. We're not responsible for their content or their practices. 11. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability We do our best, but we don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and including any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live. If you are a consumer, those rights apply in addition to our 90-day promise, and our promise never reduces them. 12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PupVital and its officers, employees and suppliers from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms. 13. Changes to these terms We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the "last updated" date at the top tells you when it changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. 14. Governing law and disputes These terms are governed by French law, and any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France. This is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection available to you in your country of residence: if you are a consumer, you keep the rights and the forum that the law of your own country gives you, and nothing on this page takes them away. 15.
