If your country isn't on that list yet, we're not ready to serve you properly, and we'd rather say so than take your money and hope. What shipping costs Order total Shipping Estimated delivery Under $60 $6.95 5 to 8 business days after dispatch $60 and over Free 5 to 8 business days after dispatch Two tubs and three tubs are over $60, so they always ship free. When your order leaves, and when it arrives Orders ship the same day. Every order placed on a business day is dispatched that day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next business day. Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days. That's an estimate from the carrier, not a promise we control: weather, holidays and carrier backlogs happen. If your parcel is clearly stuck, tell us and we'll chase it. You shouldn't have to. Tracking Every order ships with tracking. You'll get the tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. A tracking number can take up to 24 hours to show any movement. That's the carrier scanning it in, not your parcel sitting still. Once it's scanned, the carrier's own estimate for your address appears on the tracking page. If you didn't get a tracking email, check your spam folder, then email us at contact@pup-vital.com and we'll resend it. Address changes If you spot a mistake in your address, email us immediately. We can usually fix it before the label is printed. Once the parcel is with the carrier we can't redirect it, so you'll need to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If a parcel is late, lost, or marked delivered but missing Email us at contact@pup-vital.com. We'll open a claim with the carrier and, either way, make it right with a replacement or a full refund, whichever you'd rather have. You won't be asked to prove anything.
